Who we are

Greenvale is a development of four townhomes at 2727 Green Vale Avenue, Victoria, by Windcrest Developments Ltd. It is marketed by Alexi Argyriou of Engel & Völkers Vancouver Island (“we” and “us” on this page). Alexi is responsible for the personal information collected through this site, and handles it in line with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act.

What we collect

When you register, we collect your first name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the home you are interested in, what prompted you to get in touch (for example the floor plans or a tour), the page you registered on, and whether you agreed to receive email updates.

We don’t ask for payment details, identification or financial information through this site.

How we use it

We don’t use your information for anything unrelated to Greenvale without asking you first.

Email updates and unsubscribing

We only send Greenvale updates if you ticked the consent box. Every update includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can ask us at any time using the contact details below. Unsubscribing doesn’t stop us replying to an enquiry you send us.

Who sees it

Your details go to Alexi Argyriou and his team at Engel & Völkers Vancouver Island. We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

A few service providers help run this site and see only what they need to do their job:

We may also disclose personal information where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and it doesn’t currently use an analytics service. If that changes, we’ll update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer you and keep you updated about Greenvale, and no longer than one year after the last home is sold, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we must keep it longer to meet legal or regulatory obligations.

How we protect it

The site and the registration form use an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss and unauthorized access.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent to email updates at any time. Contact us using the details below and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Contact

If you have a concern we haven’t resolved, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia at oipc.bc.ca.
